Job Description:

We are searching for a Hiring Manager to hire the most qualified applicants. The hiring manager should identify prospective openings, interview suitably qualified applicants, and ultimately, extend job offers to the strongest candidates. You will also be required to promote retention by formulating orientation and mentorship plans for each individual andimplement the companies 90-day probationary period employment plan.

To be successful as a hiring manager, you should be personable with a flair for negotiating and decision-making. Ultimately, a top-notch hiring manager will devise strategies to build capacity in exceptional candidates who lack a few of the preferred skills.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and selection and be confident in driving forward recruitment initiatives and incentives. The focus of the role is to work alongside senior managers and executives to ascertain their recruitment needs and lead the recruitment team to fill positions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

· Work with management and executive staff to determine what qualities they need from any potential new hires.

· Posting the job and screening incoming resumes

· Examining resumes and identifying prospects for the interview phase of the hiring process

· Conducting interviews with prospective employees

· Deciding on the best applicant for the position and confirming the hire or presenting the suggested hire to executives for confirmation

· Drafting a job offer for the selected applicant and negotiating terms of employment

· Implementing strategies to develop and retain employees

Qualifications:

· 7 years of relevant recruiting and hiring experience

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must be authorized to work in the US
