Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi- Unit Manager to join our team. As a Multi-Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a several units within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze unit performance, including profit loss statements, to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and participate in business development activities to expand the unit's client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and process improvement
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching as needed
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in strategic planning and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus
