Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. As an RN, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality care. We offer a flexible schedule with 4-2 shifts (AM, PM, or NOC) and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, adjusting as needed

* Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

* Monitor and document resident vital signs, progress, and concerns

* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

* Provide education and support to residents and their families

* Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and in-service education

Requirements:

* Current RN license in [state]

* 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting

* Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records

Schedule:

* 4-2 schedule (Four Days on, 2 Days off)

* Shifts: AM (7-3), PM (3-11), NOC (11-7)

Pay:

* $47-$55 per hour, depending on experience
