Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Vascular Center

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Vascular Center. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating vascular conditions, and promoting health and wellness. Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose vascular conditions

* Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team

* Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures

* Provide patient education and counseling on vascular health and treatment options

* Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate

* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development

Requirements:

* Current Nurse Practitioner license in VY

* 2 years of experience in vascular medicine or related field

* Strong assessment and diagnostic skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

* Familiarity with electronic medical records

Schedule:

* Monday-Friday occasional evenings and weekends

Salary:

* $135-$155k DOE
