Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Finance/CFO to join our leadership team and oversee the financial management of our substance abuse treatment provider organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability

- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and analysis

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial regulations

- Manage and optimize cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

- Supervise and develop a team of finance professionals

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business decisions

- Analyze and mitigate financial risks

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- MBA or advanced degree preferred

- 8 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health

- Proven track record of financial management and leadership

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Substance abuse treatment finance experience or skilled nursing finance experience required
