Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NOC Shift RN Supervisor for a reputable skilled nursing facility located in Los Feliz. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of high-quality nursing care to our residents. With over 100 beds, our facility provides a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee the nursing staff during the night shift (NOC) to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.

Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate the overall health status of residents.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance as required.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Maintain accurate documentation of resident records, including assessments, progress notes, and incident reports.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address concerns, provide education, and promote a positive care environment.

Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, including performance evaluations and training as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a coordinated approach to resident care.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a skilled nursing facility.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make critical decisions independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Must be COVID vaccinated.
