• Greeting guests in a friendly manner, taking food & drink orders ensuring each guest is properly taken care of 
• Using a computerized point of sales system to enter guest orders and to collect payment.
• Performing side work, including setting up and maintaining station, maintaining inventories, replenishing condiments, restocking side stands and cleaning. Bussing and resetting tables, as needed.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

• One to two years of serving experience preferred 
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers and patrons.
• Ability to use point of sale computer.
• Full knowledge of state liquor laws
• Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30lbs
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

• Occasionally ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
• Constantly moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
• Occasionally remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Constantly moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Constantly adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
• Constantly communicating with others to exchange information.
• Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Constantly assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
