**WHO WE NEED:**

We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at VEG! This person will have experience providing top-notch customer service in highly stressful situations while ensuring the hospital is running and operating smoothly and efficiently.

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:**

* Orchestrates our unique VEG brand of high level experience for each customer from the moment they arrive until they leave and beyond.

* Greets customers

* Manages wait times

* Builds strong relationships with customers by engaging with them regularly

* Quickly addresses and resolves any customer-related issues and concerns

* Provides information and acts as a trusted resource to customers

* Assures the front desk is covered, managed and maintained at all times

* Trains and monitors new hires in daily front desk processes and operations

**WHAT YOU NEED:**

* 2 years experience in customer service preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, wellness or health care industry

* Strong technical skills - (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Google Suite)

* The ability to learn veterinary software programs

* Flexibility and available to work nights, weekends and holidays

* Effective time management skills

* Solution-oriented with a high attention to detail

* Must be a self-starter and take initiative
