Minimum: High school graduate with 2 year of office experience.
Some openings may require phlebotomy experience. Must have the ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.

Supports Medical Practitioner and Office Coordinator
Patient Liaison
Front Office
Maintains Clinical Area
Scheduling/Surgery Booking
Billing/Basic Accounting
Other Duties as Assigned
Responsibilities include:
⁃ Phone Interaction with Referrals and patients
⁃ Calendar Management
- Scheduling & Booking pre/post op appointments
⁃ Excel Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
⁃ Word: (Microsoft Office)
-Dictations
⁃ Billing /AR follow-up (not medical insurance)
Downtown St Petersburg:
Office Building, Free garage parking. M-F / business hours.
Need to be:
Diligent, organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize, but multi-task, respond to texts, emails quickly and efficiently follow directions of management.
