In this role, you will be in charge of managing existing customers, cultivating partnerships with pivotal contacts, and actively seeking out new business possibilities. You will be a pivotal aid to helping our clients comprehend the intricacies of health insurance plans and make judicious decisions. This role includes a lucrative salary with bonuses. $75,000

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients as their key point of contact.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients, striving to satisfy both parties.
  • Demonstrate the value of the services provided in presentations to customers.
  • Analyze the performance of client agreements and devise plans to retain them.
  • Initiate marketing strategies and activities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the insurance requirements of clients and create solutions to meet their goals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing objectives.
  • Monitor the results of campaigns, providing clients with regular updates and optimization recommendations.
  • Locate opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in order to maximize revenue.
  • Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the industry, sharing expertise with customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Compile presentations and reports to display marketing results and ROI to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Possesses 215 or 240 Life and Health Insurance Licenses
  • Preference given to applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrates prior experience in an Account Manager role or similar
  • Has a good understanding of the insurance industry and marketing strategies
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude
  • Demonstrates problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Has the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Comes with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Holds 215 or 240 Life and Health Insurance Licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or comparable client-facing role
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance sector and marketing principles
  • Great verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation acumen
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
