We help to recreate a person's identity whether they are going through chemotherapy, alopecia, trich or thinning. We are here to help people feel confident again.

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/ Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support at the front desk, take pictures or videos posting on social media and assisting in hair replacement. (No experience neede for hair replacement!)
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Transcribe and distribute messages accurately
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Maintain organized files and records
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Utilize office software including QuickBooks, Google Suite, and perform data entry tasks
**Qualifications:
-Friendly, warm and engaging and empathetic
- Confident in creating content content for a variety of social media platforms including taking photos or videos
- Previous experience as a medical or salon receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in handling phone systems, scheduling appointments (in Square), answering questions for our guests and and transcribing messages
- Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently file documents and maintain records
- Proficient in office software such as Google Suite for daily tasks
- Excellent data entry skills to input information accurately
