The Halpern Law Firm is Hiring a Remote Litigation Attorney (Asbestos)

The Halpern Law Firm is a plaintiff’s law firm specializing in Asbestos Litigation, for those who are victims of asbestosis, lung cancer, and mesothelioma.

Annual salary range is starting at $175,000.

Our vision is to be the only choice for Pennsylvania mesothelioma victims seeking legal representation, while having 100% satisfied clients.

The Halpern Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team. The Halpern Law Firm is a team environment that is collaborative. We are looking for someone who has 7-15 years of asbestos litigation experience.

Responsibilities of this role include complaint drafting, motion practice, hearings, and depositions through trial. The ideal candidate will have experience in case load management along with experience in researching and investigating jobsites, equipment, and products.

Qualifications include:

· Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

· Strong, hands-on work ethic.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Organized and able to keep track of deadlines.

· Self-starter, go-getter mentality.

· Ability to work with our team and/or ability to complete individual work.

· Experience with asbestos litigation a must.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Annual salary range is starting at $120,000. The Halpern Law Firm offers paid time off, sick time, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k). This is a remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $175,000.00 per year
