Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, visitors, staff and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Immediately report emergency maintenance requests to management office.
• Ascertain nature of business and direct visitors or callers to appropriate department(s) or person(s).
• Assist with frequently asked questions (FAQs).
• Remain always on their feet, transmitting information to others, assisting people both in and out of the building, and serving as the interface of the building with the general public.
• Submit complete written report of activities to management office at end of every shift.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous customer service/retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a Pool Attendant or Lifeguard strongly preferred, but not necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekdays, nights and weekends required.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
