Provides mental health treatment and case management services. Services are delivered in the home or community based on the needs and preferences identified by the Foster Care Treatment team. Must be willing/able to work a non-traditional schedule based on the needs of the families served. Must be able to deliver Treatment Foster Care clinical services and implement interventions that within the fidelity of the model. Must be able to deliver behavioral therapy that targets school behavior and individual behavior. The Therapist is responsible to help coordinate and integrate services that are provided to individual child by multiple service providers and to identify and eliminate barriers to effective service delivery. .

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology.
- Either a licensed Psychologist (TLLP, LLP, or LP), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC or LPC), or a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LLMSW or LMSW)
- Experience in providing therapy services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and mental health needs
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- At least 8 months experience in evaluating and treating minors and their families (experience may include clinical internships).

Pay: $55,600.00 - $73,000.00 per year
