Our mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.The Position: As a Care Center Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving in-store sales by leading a team of 5-10 inside sales representatives who convert inbound leads (e.g., web traffic, customer calls, etc.) to in-person customer appointments by generating excitement for this pain-relieving solution.In this role, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on people’s lives by helping connect them to pain-relieving personalized orthotic solutions. Primary responsibilities include:
- Train, manage & mentor a team of inside sales representatives to maximize their performance, productivity, and sales effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and revenue growth to assess team and individual performance
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and forecasts
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate & develop a sales team to achieve targets
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth
