Our mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.

Your Role:

As an essential member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our stores. You will support our Sales Consultants, enabling them to focus solely on providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role, with ongoing coaching and development provided over your first 90 days. This position serves as an excellent entry point into our company, with potential for growth into a Sales Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipment delivery and inventory management.
• Help with restocking and organizing arches in the back room.
• Maintain the store's appearance to drive traffic and customer experience.
• Process transactions and deliver excellent customer service.
• Embrace self-development opportunities and seize growth prospects within the company.

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PM.
• Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM.
• Sundays: 12 PM – 4 PM.
• Saturday lunch incentives.

This role will be 5 days a week

Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds weekly.
• Reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory.
• Work independently during scheduled shifts as needed.
