What You’ll Do

· Manage the full accountsreceivable life cycle from payment processing to collections, including deposit preparation andmanagement, daily receivable postings, bill audit and reconciliation, finalinvoice communication and collection

· Create and send client timely invoices, track payments, and issue receipts

· Log and apply payments tocustomer accounts in a timely manner

· Identify delinquentaccounts and determine appropriate collection procedures

· Analyze accounts todetermine non-payment reasons and resolve issues

· Refer severely lateaccounts to collection agencies when needed

· Provide weekly and monthlyaging and outstanding receivables reports

· Handle and assist client billinginquiries related to prepared invoices

· Assist with month-end closeprocesses and financial audits

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance or related field

· At least 1 years' experiencein accounts receivable and collections in a hotel environment

· Experience in systems likeOpera, Micros, TripleSeat/Delphi Salesforce, Book4Time, Net Suites, andMicrosoft Office Suite

· Knowledge of accountingprinciples and financial reporting

· Strong attention to detailand organizational abilities

· Excellent written andverbal communication skills

· Ability to workindependently and manage time effectively
