Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment, implement age-appropriate curriculum, and provide individualized attention to each child.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, documenting observations and maintaining records
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills
- Plan and organize activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and problem-solving
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies
- Familiarity with child welfare regulations and best practices in childcare
- Strong understanding of early childhood education theories and practices
- Ability to develop age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in lesson planning, tutoring, and behavior management techniques
