Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Restaurant and Bar Staff to join our team! These positions are the face of our organization and play an integral role in our customers overall experience with our establishment. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menus, take and place orders accurately in the POS, create house made cocktails, and serve food and drinks. Along with the customer facing aspect of the job one will be expected to maintain the hygiene of the dining/bar/service station areas as this, as well, is an essential part of keeping our customers safe and satisfied. The ideal candidate is very friendly, outgoing, fantastic attention to detail, self-motivated, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment
• Create housemade cocktails and maintain bar recipes
• Hygiene upkeep of high traffic areas

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods, carrying trays and lifting kegs
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
