THE PLAYER

The Bartender will be tasked with guiding patrons to the perfect beer or wine selection for their liking, have knowledge of wine and beer, and cash/credit handling upon checking out the patron. They will need to keep a clean and organized bar and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Take customers’ drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each guest in a timely manner
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
• Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

Requirements

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT AXLE'S/GREAT LEGS IF

• You are 18 years or older
• You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting
• You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
• You have a valid Operator's License

YOU ARE A VARSITY PLAYER IF

• You have wine experience and/or certification
• You have one year bartending experience

YOU MUST ALSO HAVE

U.S. Work Authorization (required)
