JOB TITLE: Technical Analyst- Multifamily

REPORTS TO: CIO

JOB SUMMARY:

The position will report exclusively to the company’s Chief Information Officer. Some travel is expected, but it will be scheduled and coordinated positively with the CIO. The position will not have any direct reports.

Initially, the Technical Analyst will collaborate with Jackie Hudson (Senior Technical Analyst) and closely coordinate with both the Information Technology and Property Operations functions to develop, organize, plan and execute an effective strategy to migrate the company’s portfolio of affordable multifamily communities to a property management software platform. Once the initial migration is complete, this position will continue to support the platform from both a technical and training perspective. Upon stabilization of the new platform, the Technical Analyst will provide on-going support and training to coworkers.

JOB DUTIES will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Assist in transition of new properties into PMS

• Collaborate with other RM Support resources to resolve support tickets
• Discover and troubleshoot software problems
• Creating scripts/SQL fixes to solve issues
• Assist with custom reports where needed
• Work with CIO to improve the company’s overall technology platform and processes
• Assist with compliance technical errors related to submissions for funding programs (LIHTC, HUD, PHA, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• SQL knowledge is required
• Ability to travel when necessary
• Effective communication skills as well as computer literacy and attention to detail
• May require yourself to be on camera for content purposes
