Job Details
Pay: $30-32/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.
Onsite role in Cambridge, MA
W2 Candidates only
Description:
- Work with and resolve escalated helpdesk requests from managed service provider.
- Provide support for AV equipment and meetings (in-person & virtual).
- Image and deploy new user setups (Computer & Desk setup).
- Inventory and software management of IT assets including asset auditing.
- Help with system administration tasks in Windows, Okta, MDM systems.
- Help support and manage Windows and Apple environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of computer network concepts and network and systems troubleshooting.
- Experience with supporting mobile devices such iPhones, iPads, Android with a Mobile Device Manager (MDM).=
- Experience with Active Directory operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems.
- Bachelor's degree and 1 years of experience or 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Any Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
