Job Description Our Client, a renewable energy company focused on lithium ion battery cell manufacturing, are currently looking of a Support Engineer to help support internal users. In this role you will be focused on supporting users within a full Windows environment, as well as phone support on both IOS & Android devices through Intune.
Full Time Position. On site in Boston. A vehicle/ Valid License is required for this role, as there would might some travel to help set up their new facility. . Required Skills & Experience

Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications and hardware devices.
Set up new hire desks, ensuring all necessary equipment and software are ready for use.
Create user accounts and grant appropriate access permissions based on established policies and procedures.
Ensure that all support requests are accurately logged, tracked, and documented in the Jira Service Desk System
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support, as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups, and security patches.
Assist with inventory management, tracking and ordering equipment and supplies as needed.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide effective technical solutions.
