Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position offers an opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and provide exceptional guest services. Duties: - Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records - Verify and balance guest accounts, including charges and payments - Prepare and distribute reports summarizing daily activities, revenue, and occupancy rates - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed - Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property - Conduct regular inspections of public areas to maintain cleanliness and orderliness - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills - Hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest services - Knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and night audit procedures - Bilingual skills (preferred) - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using hotel management software or property management systems If you are looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team in the hospitality industry, we invite you to apply for the position of Night Auditor.
