Health & Wellness (H&W) Receptionist – PRN
Possible shifts Monday through Friday from 8am - 8:00pm during week days and occasional weekend availability required.
The Forest at Duke’s mission is to provide a caring, responsible community that fosters the independence of residents of retirement age by enhancing their capability to lead purposeful, active, healthy and secure lives. Moreover, we strive to be the preferred provider of services for older adults in the Durham community.
The primary responsibility of the Health & Wellness Receptionist is to greet visitors and guests of The Forest and direct them to the appropriate areas. Additionally, this position will receive and direct facility phone calls and send messages on E-Mail when appropriate. The receptionist will also provide information to residents, guests, and staff as well as perform general clerical duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Health & Wellness Administrative Manager.
