We have multiple food outlets on the property with plans to expand further. Serve top-notch food while watching a show!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in special events or banquet preparations as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role
- Strong knowledge of food management principles and practices
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of menu planning and dietary restrictions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
