Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and confirm appointments, managing a seamless interaction process.
  • Oversee correspondence and maintain up-to-date client databases.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and management of client files.
  • Serve as a liaison among clients, agents, and external partners to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:

  • A Real Estate License in DC, MD or VA
  • Proven experience in office administration, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Must be able to commute to Largo, MD & NE, DC or plan to relocate.
  • Real estate experience is an asset, but not a requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
