THE FACE COMPANY is a brand new business located in Costa Mesa, CA. We are a burgeoning company dedicated to rapid growth and expansion. Our focus is on natural rejuvenation using a holistic approach, and we're committed to creating a team that shares our vision for development and growth.
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Manage the company calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings - Assist with event planning and coordination - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Utilize computerized systems for data entry, document management, and record keeping Experience: - Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred - Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software applications - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Experience working in a medical office or similar environment is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
