ISSAC is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Costa Mesa, CA

Front desk duties:

School front desk responsibilities involve ensuring effective communication between school administrators, parents, students, and community members.

  • Manage Attendance
  • Manage Independent Study
  • Help students first-aid
  • Supervise students that are sent to office for disciplinary
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Welcoming visitors/parents
  • Support teaching and administrative staff by providing information to students and parents.
  • Responsible for assisting with parent paperwork
  • Entering student information into the computer system.
  • Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers.
  • File important documents and keep them well organized.
  • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.

Qualities

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
