A retail organization in Connecticut is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff Remotely as their new Operations Manager. In this role, the Operations Manager (Remote) will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily operations of our company. Must have experience in Consumer Products.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor the day-to-day Sales Order Processing of business to ensure smooth progress
• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or a related field
• Solid understanding of Retailer Order Management and communication with warehouse
• In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
• Working knowledge of Data Analysis and Performance / Operation metrics
• Working knowledge of Business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Excel, etc.)
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
