The Excalibur Group is Hiring an Outreach Specialist Near Washington, DC
- Outreach Specialists shall be responsible for initiating contact with assigned Customers and encouraging Customers to engage with the Provider and participate in mandated activities.
- Customers may require repeated attempts at engagement.
- Outreach Specialists shall also be responsible for re-engaging those Customers who were engaged, but who subsequently stopped participating.
- Outreach Specialists shall actively share information about outreach and engagement efforts with Case Managers.
- Outreach Specialists shall also inform Case Managers of any presenting barriers that prevent the Customer from fully engaging with the Provider.
- A minimum of two (2) years of post-secondary education at an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience undertaking outreach activities; additional years of experience providing outreach services may substitute for education.
- Effective and engaging communicator; analytical and organizational skills; resilient and outcome-driven.
Mon. – Fri. 8:30am – 5pm
