POSITION SUMMARY: We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator who can help us more effectively accomplish our mission as a practice. To create effective marketing initiatives, to coordinate our marketing efforts, help grow our audience, as well as implement effective marketing strategies and tactics.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support day-to-day marketing operations
• Process development, and project management to keep the practice’s marketing efforts running smoothly.
• Track conversion data and determine where adjustments need to be made in the campaigns to ensure the most effective marketing efforts optimize marketing campaigns.
• Implement marketing tactics and tasks, oversee and manage marketing projects
• Perform marketing activities that will convert into more patients and clients for the practice.
• Create, engage and help nurture relationships and partnerships with key industry partners, influencers, and organizations to expand the company's network within the healthcare sector.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of healthcare trends, compliance regulations, and industry dynamics.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
