Looking for someone who has office/secretarial/administrative experience for a busy growing e commerce company.

In addition to office duties, you will be responsible for managing 2 wholesale accounts. Overseeing customer service, shipments, etc..

This job involves a lot of customer service (via email and phones), excellent communication skills are a must, a solid reference. We use Macs and use Quick books, knowledge of these two things is helpful but not mandatory.

Someone needs to be organized, a quick learner, friendly, punctual and reliable. There is room for growth for the right candidate. This job is to start right away. Please do not apply unless you are able to come in for a trial day in the next week.
