What We Accomplish Together
If you enjoy displaying your exceptional customer service skills while interacting with a wide variety of guests daily, the Concierge position is the job for you. The Concierge is charged with ensuring the highest quality experience for every guest visiting The Edgewater. This role facilitates the positive guest experience by delivering concierge-type service and by promoting all venues within The Edgewater - an urban resort. The Concierge acts with passion, drive and enthusiasm, and with close cooperation with Front Desk, Reservations, Valet, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and Spa teams to help create a personalized and unparalleled experience for the guests of The Edgewater.
