Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Replying to social media messages in a professional and timely manner . Ability to spell and use proper grammar are a must.
- Familiar with responding to posts on the following social media platforms include but are not limited to Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / Yelp / LinkedIn / YouTube
- Determining if post is coming from potential client .
- Getting potential clients on the phone. Communicating verbally with confident, trusting, and empathetic tone.
- Entering information in CRM.
- Completing initial intake to determine basic eligibility .
- Transferring client to SR Admissions agent.
- Follow up on older leads to help determine eligibility .
- Listening and grading recorded calls.
