DPI Staffing is looking for a Job Coach for our manufacturing company in NE Minneapolis. The position provides direct support on the production floor.

Pay $20.00
Essential Functions:

• Consistently model appropriate work skills.
• Positively engage employees training, support and coaching.
• Work closely with supervisor, evaluate participant’s work performance and provide prompts and feedback as needed.
• Follow and adhere to Employment Services program manual, directives, and policies.
• Supports other job coaches when necessary.
• Demonstrate knowledge of disabilities of participants and the ability to provide quality service to them.
• Meet mandatory training requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience delivering supported employment services or direct care services in the classroom, a community business, a day care, medical, or residential settings.
• Ability to read, write, recognize, understand and accomplish new assignments with only general instructions.
• Able to work well in a variety of environments, and demonstrate patience and a positive attitude towards participants with disabilities.
