Mid-size federal sector Labor & Employment law firm is seeking to fill an associate attorney position in its principal office at Dallas, Texas. This is an entry level/starter position and we are looking for a motivated and hardworking attorney. This position will be reporting directly to the Senior Litigation Counsel and therefore good writing and oral communicating skills are crucial for this position. Attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions are encouraged to apply! This is a full time salaried position.
Depending on the applicant pool, we may select more than one attorney.

Again this is an entry level/starter position and we are looking for a motivated and hardworking attorney. Good writing and oral communicating skills are crucial for this position. The associate will be drafting discovery and motions as well as attending depositions and hearings. They will be communicating directly with clients, Administrative Judges and Agency attorneys.
On the job training will be provided and recently licensed attorneys are welcome to apply for this position. Also, attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions are encouraged to apply as we are not limiting these vacancies to Texas attorneys.
