Dermatology practice with offices in Monmouth County is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join an expanding team. This individual should have at least 1-2 years of Receptionist experience, preferably some medical experience. Candidate must be willing to any of these 3 office locations - Freehold, West Long Branch & Hazlet.
Work Schedule:
2-3 days per week - approx 14-20 hours per week. Plus one weekend per month. Primarily work at our Freehold office location.

Day-to-Day Responsiblities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Register patients by verifying demographic information and insurance coverage
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
