This is a highly influential role, driving the transformation of development for a prominent organization by defining and managing the path for design, development and QA. This is a strategic role, but the ideal candidate will also have the ability to be hands-on as needed.
Responsibilities

• Team leadership.
• Define technical vision, building technical roadmaps (languages, tools, processes, etc.).
• Cross functional collaboration for strategy and stakeholder communication.
• Define and monitor KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Lead Azure DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
• Vendor Management.
• Budget Management.

Requirements

• 6 years hands-on C# development.
• 2 years development team leadership.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
