Job Summary:
We are seeking an upbeat, passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team! Specifically to work with ages 2-5. You will be responsible for teaching various dance styles to our littles. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, encouraging them with positivity, and fostering an inclusive learning environment full of fun and excitement. We need someone to instill the love of dance into these little ones!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dance lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of students
- Teach students various dance techniques, including ballet, jazz, tap and a little basic tumbling
- Demonstrate proper dance techniques and movements
- Provide individualized attention and feedback to students to help them improve their skills
- Choreograph dance routines for performances and possible competitions
- Lead rehearsals for dance performances
- Collaborate with other instructors to plan and coordinate dance events and showcases
- Maintain a safe and clean dance studio environment
- Stay updated on current dance trends, techniques, and industry developments

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dance Instructor
- Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques, including ballet, jazz, tap and basic tumbling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with students of all ages and skill levels
- Patience and the ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive manner
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is a plus
- Experience working with students with special needs is a plus
- Experience in behavior management is preferred
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is a must
- Culinary or nutrition knowledge for teaching dancers about healthy eating habits is an advantage
