Job Description:

Are you passionate about fitness, dance, and inspiring others to lead healthy lifestyles? Stretch-n-Grow is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Fitness and Dance Teachers to join our team. As a Fitness and Dance Teacher, you will lead engaging and energetic classes for children on daycare and preschool campuses, promoting physical activity and fostering a love for movement.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fun and age- appropriate fitness and dance classes for children aged 2-12.
• Curriculum and training PROVIDED
• Incorporate a variety of activities, games, and music to keep classes exciting and interactive.
• Provide instruction and encouragement to help children develop physical skills, coordination, and confidence.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and program coordinators as needed.
• Assist with set-up and clean-up of equipment and materials before and after classes.
• Stay current on fitness and dance trends, techniques, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching fitness, dance, or other physical activities to children preferred.
• Background in dance, gymnastics, sports, or related fields is a plus.
• Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and improvise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different PRESCHOOL campuses for classes.
