Job Description:

Our Children’s Fitness Instructors improve the fitness levels of young children by delivering high energy, engaging aerobic and muscular fitness classes to preschoolers at childcare/daycare facilities. Our Children’s Fitness Instructors are “where the rubber meets the road” when it comes to actually making a difference in a child’s life. The coach follows a pre-planned curriculum and teaches classes at child care facilities. If laughing at yourself and becoming a kid all over again aren’t your idea of a good time, then this job is not for you! If you can go, go, go, and want to go home with more than a paycheck, you’ve come to the right place. Kids follow our lead so instructors must be very enthusiastic and animated. Classes are very active so fitness is a must. The kids are looking forward to seeing us so punctuality and attendance are very important.

Previous experience with kids is preferred but not required. -This is a permanent part time position offering

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fun and age- appropriate fitness and dance classes for children aged 2-12.
• Curriculum and training PROVIDED
• Incorporate a variety of activities, games, and music to keep classes exciting and interactive.
• Provide instruction and encouragement to help children develop physical skills, coordination, and confidence.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and program coordinators as needed.
• Assist with set-up and clean-up of equipment and materials before and after classes.
• Stay current on fitness and dance trends, techniques, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching fitness, dance, or other physical activities to children preferred.
• Background in dance, gymnastics, sports, or related fields is a plus.
• Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and improvise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different PRESCHOOL campuses for classes.
