CCV is actively looking for a Generalist to support the HR Department with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, recordkeeping, and delivering on the employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and administrative skills while possessing a passion for helping those around them. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work independently on projects, work well under pressure, maintain a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy, and handle a wide variety of duties
• Multi-task and frequently reprioritize based on business needs
• Learn a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and utilize it to optimize work
• Display attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain, document, and track all employee records through HRIS (WorkforceThrive/PayServ)
• Maintain professional relationships with managers and staff to support all departments effectively
• Proficiently utilize various software including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), WebEx, and others

Education and/or Experience

• Four-year college degree preferred
• Two to three years of related experience and/or training in Human Resources required
• Full-cycle recruiting and payroll experience preferred 
• Hospitality and/or country club experience a plus
