Description
We are looking for a Server Assistant to support our wait staff and set up our dining areas. Server Assistant responsibilities include serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages, running food and cleaning/ resetting tables between guests.
Requirements
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Refill beverages
- Running food for servers as needed from the kitchen
- Remove dirty utensils, dishes and replenish, as needed
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
- Maintain rolled silverware pars
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Clean menus as required throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
