Description

 The primary role of the Cabana Server is to facilitate food and beverage service at the Pool complex, which includes the pool deck, dining area and Youth Lounge. 

Requirements

· Accurately takes food and beverage orders from guests and promptly records all transactions.

· Must have in-depth knowledge of the entire food menu, including allergens and options for members with dietary restrictions.

· Greet and converse with members to suggest or receive food and cocktail order.

· Order and serve food and cocktails to guests according to established guidelines.

· Maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage service.

· Flexibility of hours must be willing to work all weekends and holidays.

· Must be able to handle outside work environment.

· Basic computer and touch screen.

· Station set-up and breakdown/side-work/stocking of station.

· Service to members including alcoholic beverage.

· Maintains all health, safety and sanitation standards at all times.

· Routinely inspects surrounding areas, identifying cleaning needs, potential safety hazards, problems and maintenance or repair needs, and notifies the appropriate individual(s) for proper resolution.

· Clears tables and ensures the cleanliness and organization of all areas in a timely manner.

· Constantly removes trash.

· Completes side work, including stocking product, and cleaning and organizing service areas.

· Complete opening/closing checklist and side duties according to standards and assigned schedule.

· Daily Organization of chairs, tables, and umbrellas.

· Must be able to stand/walk/step for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to work in hot/cold conditions at any given time.

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

· Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
