Job Title: Host / Hostess / Greeter

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional hostess to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they enter our establishment. 

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant

- Escort guests to their tables and present menus

- Takes incoming telephone calls, and places to-go orders

- Monitor the availability of tables and ensure timely seating of guests

- Ensure the restaurant is always clean and tidy

- Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience

- Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager
