Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The Residential Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for key construction management duties required to build roughly 350 residential units on a TCG project located in Port Orchard, WA. Construction will consist of single-family residential houses and DADUs. Construction type will be residential in nature with some commercial components.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Assistant Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with project scheduling software (e.g., Smartsheet) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
