The American Fence Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Fence Installers (Laborers). In this role, you will play a vital part in the installation of fences, gates, and related structures, ensuring our projects are completed safely and efficiently.

If you're ready to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities : -Efficiently gather all materials required for the day's tasks before heading out to the site.

• Execute various manual labor duties including digging holes, mixing cement, and installing vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and wood fencing, while ensuring job site cleanliness.
• Follow precise instructions provided by the site supervisor to ensure project success.-Safely and effectively operate a variety of small hand and power tools.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and safety on all job sites.Qualifications : -Strong teamwork skills and ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and colleagues.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.-Ability to lift and carry weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds.-Comfortable with prolonged periods of kneeling, sitting, climbing ladders, and standing as necessary for job requirements.
