The Customer Analytics Manager is responsible for managing and executing analytics that directly support Marketing, CRM and the company’s Organized Insider loyalty program. This position will partner across Enterprise Analytics, Technology and Marketing to deliver on the company’s data strategy, to support strategic initiatives, and to enable data-driven decision making. This position will design, build, and apply analytical tools and data structures, manage customer data activities and extract meaningful insights. In addition, this position will provide oversight and be a key point of contact with Technology during customer-related data infrastructure and application initiatives. The Customer Analytics Manager will directly manage the Customer Analytics Analyst(s) and work directly with 3rd party analytical resources.
