Position Description and Job Skill Set:
person will support implementation and post go-live support efforts. This role will likely include the following duties:
- Participate in payroll comparison analysis; determine reasons for discrepancies between results of legacy system and
- Conduct & participate in on-site end user training by assisting students with exercises and taking notes of
- Participate in post go-live end user support
- Test solutions to defects
- Assisting team with any other related duties
Required Skills/Experience:
The applicant must have experience with payroll as a user or a systems analyst.
Has strong organizational skills
Is detail oriented
Has excellent customer support skills
Can troubleshoot issues
Has excellent communication skills (diplomatic, persuasive, respectful, and clear)
